SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

We strive to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. However, since many of our products are handmade and packed to order, there may be occasions when dispatch times need to be extended. If this happens, we will notify you in advance. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch.

Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail 24, which includes full tracking. If your items are available, we aim to dispatch the next working day.

Shipping Costs:

  • Royal Mail Small Parcel up to 2kg, 24-Hour Tracked: £4.25. Delivery expected within 24 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note, delivery delays are beyond our control.

  • Royal Mail Medium Parcel up to 10kg, 24-Hour Tracked: £7.69. Delivery expected within 24 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note, delivery delays arebeyond our control.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking reference. Use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, we understand how inconvenient this can be. If your parcel hasn't arrived, please allow up to 14 days for us to confirm its status. Once confirmed, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement.

RETURN POLICY 

Where goods are simply unwanted we will be delighted to offer an exchange to the value of the goods within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Sparkling Moments  is not responsible for covering costs of returning the goods. In this instance, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by emailing us at office.sparklingmoments@gmail.com or post at 5 Douglas Mews, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 2DJ

Items must be unused and in a perfect re-salable condition, with all original labels on and  accompanied by a valid order reference. Once the 14 day period has passed we have the right to refuse exchanges of any unwanted items.

Faulty/ Damaged Goods

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact us via email at office.sparklingmoments@gmail.com or post at 5 Douglas Mews, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 2DJ . The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available. 

Should a replacement not be required please notify us and we will refund the cost of the damaged products. Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Review investigation.

Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the goods at office.sparklingmoments@gmail.com or post at 5 Douglas Mews, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 2DJ.  All goods believed to be faulty will be required for Quality Review. Once this item(s) have been received, a Quality Review Investigation will take place within 10 working days to complete. Correspondence will be made directly with the customer.

 

Returns Procedure

The cost of returning all unwanted items is your responsibility. Please return the unwanted item at 5 Douglas Mews, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 2DJ
